Our return policy period lasts 2 days. You have to request for a refund or replacement within 2 days of delivery.
We only accept returns/ replacement if the product is defective or damaged.
Eligibility for a Return/Replacement-
The item must be unused and in proper condition.
The item should be properly packed.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Notebooks/Journal with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you with an email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, then refund will be processed to the original method of payment, within 4-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: B-261, Chittranjan Park, Delhi – 110019
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
Our warehouse operating days are Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3. Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address only before the order has been dispatched.
4. Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await the requested item.
7. Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us to conduct an investigation.
8. Tracking Notifications
Every customer will receive updates via messages and email with tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment made available by the shipping provider.
9. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service.
